The Hard Part Haircut
One of the coolest men’s hair trends of 2015 is the hard part haircut. It’s simple but stands out from the crowd. Keep reading for how to get the look.
Also called the razor part, it is usually worn with a disconnect haircut that combines long hair on top and either an undercut or fade at the sides. Then the side part is shaved in at one side to create a bold line. It’s the simplest hair design out there but has plenty of impact.
So what does it look like growing out? Some barbers don’t like the hard part because of the stubbly phase during growing out. In our experience, it’s not a big deal. Once the skin is no longer exposed, the part is no longer noticeable.
In fact, the only drawback of this cool cut is that if you want to keep it fresh, you’ll need to visit the barber every week at least. But it’s worth it. Even though it looks easy to do, do not try to recreate this look at home.
